Liz (I'm not sure if that was her name) at the front desk was helpful and courteous. It seemed like she constantly had many tasks, but she always acknowledged a customer every time they came in and was professional about handling all situations. Fred was the nicest guy! He drove me to the rental place and waited until I was helped. He also took all of the photos of the car when I brought it in and worked to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the repair when it was near completion. Elvin was very thoughtful when he decided to repair a part that was not going to be covered by the insurance, free of charge. I really appreciate everyone's help in the entire process.

The repairs were estimated at nine days all in. The work was extended three times taking well over two weeks. The last delay was for "detailing" however the top 3/4" of the windows were covered with road dirt. I did not check the rest od the auto.

After the car came back from the body shop, I noticed that the right indicator light in front has stopped working and the rear indicators on the left and right are at different speed settings

Customer service was very good, until the day of pickup... where it was still okay, but there was some confusion, and I ended up sitting and waiting quite some time after my appointment to get my car, because nobody was available to clean it.

I had my Honda CRV in collision just about 6 weeks after I purchased. Travellers Insurance allowed me any body shop including the Local Honda dealers for repairs. Travellers recommended Caliber Collosion and Honda of Stevens creek sunnyvale, CA. I did some research. I never had heard of Caliber collosion. When I did research on Caliber Cossosion, I went to talk to Caliber Collosion. The estimator was very professional, the front desk business assistant was very pleasant, very professional and very helpful.
