My only complaint is I mentioned on the day I took the car in for an estimate that it had perma-cote and was told no problem. I was disappointed to find out when the car was complete that Caliber does not do this service and I am now stuck with finding a way to have this put back on and covered by CSAA. They should have been clear upfront that they could not handle this BEFORE they did the repair work so I would have had the option of going back to CSAA to find a shop that could handle everthing.
