From the moment I dropped off my Audi Q5 for repair until I picked it up when the repair was complete, the staff was very nice and informative. I had contact with Bradley, Stacy and Juanita and they were awesome!

My experience at Caliber Manchester was good from the beginning dealing with Bradley and Juanita to the end dealing with Juanita and Stacy. The repairs on my Audi Q5 were done well and in a timely manner. I would use this facility again if the need should arise.
