Brad, the service advisor, has kept me in the loop throughout the repair process on my vehicle which included informing me of possible delays with the repair completion. He also had my vehicle cleaned both inside and outside. The result was a new-looking vehicle which just came out of the factory. It felt like it came straight out of the dealership with everything feeling brand new when I picked it up this evening. Overall, Brad has truly done a superb job. Juanita, another staff member, has also provided superb customer service by informing me one morning that there was no deductible I needed to take care of. My overall experience with Caliber Collision was truly great. An A+. 😊
