Would be much higher a 10 except I picked up my car pulled out turned right on the street and my right turn signal (part of repair) was not working so returned spent nearly 60 min waiting for it to get a bulb placed in since nearly everyone takes lunch at same time. Had to use vacation time or lose money on my pay check.

Counter staff was great but taking nearly an hour for a light bulb that should been already checked because workers take lunch at same time cost me vacation time.

The damage to my vehicle happened to the rear bumper and liftgate. After washing the vehicle myself, I noticed on the driver side when the bumper was hit from the back it skipped up on the side of the fender and scratched it that area wasn’t painted. The back windshield there is a lot of deep scratches where the top of the window and the body of the mid suv meet.
