We were given an estimate of a month. We got a call to see if we would like to transfer to another facility that had availability to start that day. Of course we said yes! I was so happy and very pleased with the consistent updates I received throughout the week both via text and the personal calls from the advisor Dale. He mentioned he was really trying to get it back to us sooner. I was shocked when the first update from the new facility said the following week. Fake definitely delivered as we got it back in 8 days!! What a great team you have at the Thesta address in Fresno. Very very pleased with the professionalism and the quick turn around. The most important part is the car looked amazing!! Well done! Thank you

Our car got transferred to another shop that had availability. We had been told a month by the shop we took it too, so we're thrilled when it was delivered to us a little over a week later once it arrived at the second shop. They were amazing

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. Everyone I came in contact with, by phone or in person, was extremely helpful and showed great pride in the work they do. I am very happy that I chose your company to take my car to for repairs. When I did get my car back you could tell that it was taken care of. It came to me clean, and with a full tank of gas! The wrong part was put on my vehicle and my fog lights didn’t work after the repairs were done. They did order the correct part and my fog lights now work. I had to take my vehicle back a few days later to correct the part and fix the fog lights.
