Wrong parts were ordered, causing vehicle to be in shop longer than anticipated. Calls were not returned in a timely manner so that I could arrange transportation to pick up vehicle. My vehicle was released to me and the work that was done was not gone over with me by the employee. She just gave me my keys and said thank you. Will not be using this business in the future and I would not recommend to anyone else.

The repair looked worse than when I first dropped off. Keypad was gouged and misaligned. Sent near door handle not repaired. The dent on the back door looks horrible with pits and scratches in body filler. I am completely disappointed. GM will get this fixed Tuesday.

Friendly and immediate greeting,, excellent service repair, great communication, attention to detail to make certain of the exact vehicle to be repaired. At time of pick up, Ms Alexis went out with me detailing what had been done and assured me of a lifetime warranty on repairs. I was very pleased. My vehicle was even washed by the time I picked it up. Great work.

From the onset, I was greeted by the front desk customer service Ms Smith. Then Ms Alexis verified the vehicle and the the repairwork to be done. Ms Alexis kept me updated consistently. At pick up time, Ms Alexis made sure I saw what was repaired and explained that their work was to be guaranteed as long as I had my vehicle and that if any discrepancies were noted, to bring it back to make it right. They were very confident in their work and I agree.

The communication was great. It took a while for the repairs to be completed and the whole time I was without a rental car (because I’m almost certain none exist). Jesse kept me up-to-date in the status and responded to my concerns about needing the repairs done as soon as possible. Jesse provided fantastic customer service and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have body work done on their vehicle.
