I did not like the fact that the parts delayed the final pick up date. It was changed twice and then when I finally was told it was ready I was told literally 30 mins before closing time. So my husband and I had to rush over to pick up my car so we wouldn’t have to go the weekend with out the car.

I was treated fairly and friendly from the shop. I am however disappointed with my insurance due to the lack of auto rental no effort was made to make up for something that is contractual and no effort to offer a discount for not having access to an auto rental. I was disappointed with the shops vendor who was not able to help with removal of a maintenance light. This remark should in no way be negative regarding Caliber since this was out of their control. The people at Caliber made me feel I would go back to visit them in the future for some car restoration. The people there were extremely friendly and thoughtful. Kuddos to the Caliber staff. Is there still anything that can be done regarding not having been able to access a rental. I realize this is not a direct fault of SafeCo however I do feel something should have been offered in its place for a service not offered as part of my insurance which I contractually agreed to pay for.
