I give a 6/5 stars for caliber collision fresno. They'd handle my repairs professionally, efficient and on point. From front desk ,Jessica to Mr. Jessie the person incharge person. Kudos to Jessie he did above and beyond service. He even waited for me to their closing hours. I didn't except that my vehicle would be released on the said date.

The staff at Caliber Collision were so helpful, honest, professional, and extremely pleasant. There were a couple of things that we spoke about at the estimate that weren’t done but I didn’t specify to it when I did turn my car in so that is my fault. The repairs were done perfectly, my vehicle looks like new! I’m beyond happy and will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Jessie, my service advisor, was very professional, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated on the vehicles progress. The Manager/Supervisor of this location was Chad. He was more than professional, if i had any questions and or concerns, he was always around to answer them. I’ve used your Galleria location before, but this location by far was the best. Thanks to Chad and his team.

Jessie was awesome!! He made sure that I was updated constantly on the progress of the vehicle, and I really appreciated that. That’s rarely done!! I went with caliber collision because of previous experience with your Galleria location. The Manager of the Fresno facility, Chad, was truly hands on! He made sure that I was happy with the communication between Jessie and myself on being constantly updated, as well as making sure that I was happy about the finished product!! So these two gentlemen made my experience at this fairly new location, a wonderful experience!!! Thanks to the both of them, they definitely deserve a 10!!!!

Caliber Collision and I were caught off guard with a lot difficult challenges that subsequently but they did everything in an ethical way. Management went above and beyond the expectations to assist me accordingly and keeping me updated. I thank Caliber Collision for every jump and bend to maneuver through the many loop holes and that everything was taken care of.
