I am not satisfied with how my truck was returned after the recent work. It feels like the job was rushed and left unfinished. First, the window tint on the door that was worked on was damaged, and when I pointed it out, I was told the General Manager needs to decide how to address it. That’s frustrating and unprofessional. Second, they claimed that the quarter panel was polished, but there was a large smear of grease or goo left behind. When I brought this up, I was told to wash or scrub it off myself. I doubt that will work, and frankly, it shouldn’t be my responsibility to fix what should have been cleaned properly before delivery. Lastly, I noticed paint chips in the corner where the fender and door connect. This makes the work look sloppy and rushed. Overall, I expected a finished and polished result, and instead, I received a truck that still needs attention and repairs. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Repair is great but whatever you put on the floor protectors when you cleaned the car is so slippery my foot slides all over. Everyone was so nice and helpful I really appreciated your service. Thank you
