On my last visit before this one my car was completely cleaned, detailed and smelled like a new car. I really missed that. I did see the foot mats were cleaned though.

My car is making noises. And low tire pressure is showing when it’s not low. The sensor needs to be fixed and the the noise also needs to be fixed which was never there before the accident. I will have to go back to have the car looked at it again. Plus I already returned my rental car so no where to be able to drive around. Hopefully it can be fixed when I go back tomorrow. Thank you.

The repairment on the front bumper came back great although i am unsure why there is dirty black hand/palm print inside of my vehicle roof trunk and i am also missing my baton plus my 3rd row seats when i fold them over it has a loud clunk noise. I also found a couple door dings. 2 on front passenger door and 1 on back driver passenger door.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Caliber Collision and highly recommend them! From the first phone call to picking up my car, everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They answered all my questions, kept everything running smoothly, and completed the work quickly. The repair looks perfect, and I was genuinely impressed that they even cleaned the inside of my car—it was such a nice touch! The front desk staff and the woman who did the initial walk-around were both wonderful to work with. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely come back.
