Staff was polite and informative. Answered questions and made the process easier. Even at the end of the day, I felt like they had the energy to make this a positive experience - to the extent that can happen after having been in a car accident.

Repair was nicely done thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision for doing a fantastic job. I’m satisfied at what I see (paint job) and also the repaired damage. I am also pleased with how Caliber Collision took the time to wash my car and clean up the inside before pick up that’s a plus. Keep up the good work would definitely recommend friends and families in the future.

After a horrible experience with the staff at the Roseville location who were unprofessional, patronizing and, frankly, racist towards the geico rep I worked with, I was relieved to find such kind and helpful folks at the Fridley location!!!
