Initially it was good but then nothing moved. Couldn’t get a quote, and then when the car was “ready” another week went by and the insurance company still doesn’t have anything. Not sure if it’s the company or the individual but it’s been a long and slow process and I’m no further along than I was when I dropped the car off nearly a month ago

The staff at Caliber Collision kept me informed of the progress regarding my car. Everyone was nice. They washed my car and vacuumed the inside once work wad completed! The work to repair the damage was fantastic!
