I was promised calls about the status of my cars progress. I had to call to find the status before I would get a call back. It was estimated as a 3 day job by Liberty mutual but ended up taking almost 4 weeks due to problems getting the proper windshield and installation from safeguard.

The repair took 30+ days and when I received the vehicle back, the AC was broken. It's back in the shop again.
