We are very happy with the service, we had our rear headlight broken due to a small accident. We went through our auto insurance and caliber collision team did a great job at first explaining on how they will fix it, then the ongoing communication as the repair was going on and finally with the actual at replacement of the rear headligh and it was done in a timely manner.

The experience with Caliber Collision was very pleasant. Our service advisor, Chuck Merritt, was excellent. My Range Rover Sport was vandalized in a crime in the city of Dallas, and it was a very frustrating situation. Chuck and the CC team did there best to address all of my issues and help remedy my situation and ensure my Rover was repaired and back to it's pre-vandalized state
