The employees were wonderful to work with but the paint has small bubbles in it in multiple places on the hood. I plan to call and schedule an appointment to have it evaluated and corrected.

I planned for allowing the full week (Monday - Friday for the repair, as estimated by Caliber. Found out on Friday afternoon that it wouldn't be ready until the following Monday, and additional costs were required. Picked up car on Monday afternoon and found that the passenger door was not properly aligned with the "new" front panel. Still wondering why I needed to be the one who pointed that mistake out. Where's the quality control?

Bubba (Eugene), David, and Eddie make an excellent team. This most recent repair is the third time I have used Haddock's Collision Center in Fuquay-Varina and the quality of work and professionalism is without reproach.
