Excellent customer service. Notified me every step of way. The insurance company has them use after market parts. Phil the owner didnt like the way it was fitting. So he ordered a Homda hood, took over the rental payments on my vehicle over the 30 day mark and did it right. Matched paint job. Excellent customer service and integrity.

Unfortunately hit a deer a couple weeks back, did the repairs through caliber and they were amazing. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a welcoming environment and a friendly staff. Matt, who helped with the repairs, kept me updated every single step of the way and was ready for any questions that I may have had. The work itself was well done and quick and i'm very happy with the results.
