From start to finish, every person I interacted with was very helpful and attentive. The entire process was smooth with continuous communication. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my vehicle back as soon as possible after the repairs were completed; really want to point this out because from my perspective it was not expected, but immensely appreciated. From my experience working in the automotive service industry, I can say the entire team did a phenomenal job.

Jesse and the team did a great job I don’t usually do surveys but i definitely put time aside to do this one . They did Fantastic work taking care of my accord and understand that your car is the most important thing to you and treat us as such they got my car done is a timely matter and gave me a clear line of communication off the bat 12/10 would recommend

It's hard to recommend repair facilities these days. Everyone overcharges and under delivers. But NOT Caliber. I finally have a high quality repair shop close to home.

Mike, Kevin, and the crew were incredible. The aftermath of our car accident was extremely stressful. The Caliber team made things much less cumbersome. I have a fully loaded vehicle that I worked very hard for, and I am so pleased with the results of the repairs and professionalism of the crew throughout.
