My experience with Caliber was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they completed my repairs quickly and helped me with getting my rental car and returning it without any hassle.

The next day I didn't have heat in my vehicle. I went back to Caliber, and they put anti-freeze in, which fixed the problem of no heat (probably A/C, too, but it was too cold for A/C).

Except my heat would not work the following day, but was fixed when I returned to them. The main problem was their phones were out of order, and I could not contact them except through text to their computer, a slow process.

The only comment that I could make that would improve service would be for you to have a deal with more than one wheel alignment facility so if one goes down you would not have to wait. Otherwise,you may consider having your own machine.
