I would rank this a full 10 IF they hadn’t messed up the windshield wipers. Everything is else perfect and the employees were incredible to work with. However, I now have to find time to go in again to look at the windshield wipers

We had a rather challenging situation due to the insurance company that you had to deal with. No fault on your part at all. Scott worked hours on this and always kept us updated on the progress and the difficult company he had to deal with. Unfortunately the person who hit me had an insurance company that I would never recommend to anyone. I plan to contact the insurance board/Better Business. Your body shop has provided our family with years of quality service both as Herb’s Paint & Body and now a new name and continued excellence. Your staff was always professional and friendly. We even got to see Brian again with his same friendly smile and professional approach. I think he even remembered the frequency with which we had work done at Herb’s. Yes....we had a daughter who tried to keep them in business with her ability to seemingly always be where the accidents were!! Always major car damage but fortunately no bodily harm to her or anyone else. Our Dodge looks beautiful again just as it was when the accident happened. We take pride in keeping our cars in nearly the same condition as when we bought them all new. Thank you for your continued professional service in all aspects.
