Michael was fantastic! He made every effort to make sure my vehicle was done promptly with zero flaws! Car issues are so stressful but the way that Michael communicated and worked diligently to ensure the care of my vehicle made what could have been a very difficult process feel so much easier. He jumped through hoops and tackled obstacles to deliver a finished product that looked better than new and I will be recommending him and this location to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Mike and his team were extremely helpful by keeping me well informed of the repair process. He even gave advice on best way to pick up my rental car. He went far beyond his duties to make things as easy as possible. He had a great attitude and showed me kindness usually not found in his line of work. I highly appreciate his efforts.

The team member that assisted me throughout the entire process was Mike Banks. He and his team were all so incredible and consistent in updating me throughout the process. From the moment I dropped the car off, he absolutely cared about the things I had to say and gave me the rundown with full transparency, many collision centers don’t do that. Very thankful for his professionalism and kindness. Not only was he extremely helpful but also delivered my car in pristine condition, fully washed AND before the expected completion date! Couldn’t be more happy with the service and with Mike!
