The thing I most appreciate is good communication. I liked receiving text messages to let me know the updated status of my car. One thing I wish had been more clear was that if I had brought my car in for an estimate I could have kept it until the part came in. Then I would not have had to leave my car for so long. Thanks for all your hard work.
