I?m very happy with the Calibers body shop and the excellent customer service I received from Miguel. I was informed upon receiving my truck that my steering wheel would now be upside down. I was also told that new parts would be required and that the steering box had been installed upside down. I notified Miguel that I had been driving this vehicle for nearly 20 yrs with no steering issues and that no maintenance during that time had ever been needed or performed requiring disassembly or reassembly of anything on the steering system. I then took my truck to Midas, noticing on the way that I could no longer make right turns as tightly as before and that my turn signals were not toggling off. When Midas got my truck on their rack and positioned my steering wheel in the normal upright position my front wheels were in an approximately 20% left turn! The Midas tech then locked the steering wheel in the proper position and adjusted the linkage back out until the wheels were again straight and made the final adjustments to correct my alignment without replacing any parts or removing and reinstalling my steering box. I can?t help wondering how your alignment personell ever got my vehicle onto their alignment rack with the steering wheel 180 degrees from its normal position in the first place (upside down). Given that mystery, why the drastic adjustments were made to staighten the front wheels with the steering wheel in that position instead of or before investigating the reason those adjustments would be needed. I would appreciate a response to this and a reimursrment of the $118.00 bill from Midas. At least a response

Very satisfied with the with getting my car fixed at caliber collision the person in charge of my car was very forthcoming of everything that was going to be happening when it was going to happen why didn't need it and when it would be at finished in fact it was finished before the due date
