The entire princess was handles efficiently and completed quicker than the initial estimate. I appreciated their flexibility in accommodating my delay in picking up the vehicle.

It was not fully repaired after multiple attempts. I expected a repair to be fixed all the way, not just almost fixed. I pay close to $700 a month in insurance, so when I pay y'all on top of that, I expect it to be fully repaired, not just almost. I showed the lady today and she said "oh I see what you mean" then she started talking about other parts of the vehicle that has a "defect." I didn't bring it there for other parts of the vehicle, I brought it there for the front right bumper...to repair, not almost repair it, but fully repair the damage. The other parts on the car do not matter. You could clearly see where the person working on the car didn't sand it down and just painted over it. The one spot that was fixed because it has bowed out from the damage. The accountability for quality is in serious question with this place. I took three separate times for me to come back and get the vehicle when there was clearly still work that needed to be done. Not just kind of, all the way done! This is the second time you shop has done this with a vehicle of ours. I didn't expect it to happen again and if it's happening to me this many times, then I'm certain it's happening to other people. Y'all are giving up quality over quantity, being part of Geico's express repair. There is a level of quality and standards, and yall need to re evaluate what is happening there because it should be unacceptable
