The work looks good and it was done in a timely manner. The only negative thing I could say is that my back up camera looks funny, but I can't tell if it was like that before the accident or not.

The car still needs work. It looks unprofessional and there is water collecting in the tail gate which will cause eventual failure.

The associate blamed the previous employee, taking no ownership the repairs or lack there of. I understand coming in fresh to a new branch but he should have totally taken ownership and not blamed ther other employee.
