The only part they missed was a little bit of the inside of the spokes of the rim when they were buffing it and the rest looked so markedly impact abbly perfect it was ridiculous. I could not even tell it had been hit whatsoever! The expedient service=#1 Andy Banaszak & crew were very polite & thankfully not without humor! If I didn't laugh I'd cry after 2nd idiot paying attn to a phone not the road & this truck driver= overweight/capacity/ off HIS IRS TRAVEL ITINERARAY USING ILLEGAL BKRDS So to tolerate the officer letting him go and my witness it was quite the mess to clean up with insurance already we really needed this to go smoothly for repairs so that we could confront them with exact costs of their mistakes including in the police report to list minor repairs needed and the total was $3000 =that is not mine or to anybody! After everybody else's negligence to take this seriously and save more lives and use those witnesses to be able to attest to stopping this type of behavior and instead they were just dismissed as if it didn't matter that people were getting nearly killed and to see this establishment of caliber collision take hold of the situation not pass judgment get the job done and stick to the task of expediency and quality it was just surreal just the friendly demeanor every time you show up as a customer and everybody just going out of their way to help others and you're witnessing this type of quality care thanking God that you picked them.

They were able to keep in contact expediently and they were also able to weed through it all and it was not an easy task as I am a victim of 2 crashes in one year at this point and none of my fault= so you can imagine the anxiety Of the 1st vehicle being totaled and this is all I have left. The team was absolutely comforting and personality plus as well as professional the whole way through.

Everyone was great, especially Andy (front) and Andy (Wheeler). They were professional and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my car there. The receptionist was also very nice. All my questions were answered and I received my car back in a timely manner. Couldn’t recommend the staff and service more!

Staff friendly, technician explained process thoroughly and updated me on progress of my vehicle repair. Work was completed sooner than expected which was great. Technician, Tory also went above and beyond and noted a check engine light, put a code reader on it and communicated clearly to me his finding.
