Front desk was a little flustered when I arrived. My appt. was on one calendar and not on the second calendar. Maybe something to do with the fact that it used to be Goff’s Collision. Everyone else was professional and they delivered earlier than they promised. The did call and say there was additional damage- about an extra $200. It didn’t affect my cost and they coordinated with the insurance company. I would use them again , but I hope I don’t have to.

My car had electrical issues when I dropped it off that were not accident related. Caliber fixed them at no charge without me mentioning it, and saved me over $400 that my dealer wanted to correct the problem.

The staff were very professional and the waiting area was neat and very clean. I was impressed with how quickly the repairs were made on my vehicle. When the repairs were completed and my vehicle was returned to me they made sure they went over all the repairs and answered all of my questions.

There was an issue that was resolved but I haven't had the car back long enough to be assured of the quality of the repairs.

Scheduling the car to be dropped was not customer oriented but rather your schedule oriented. Everyone was polite and responsive with the exception of the initial scheduling. As an hourly employee myself, getting time off impacts my pay, so scheduling this to minimize that was important. When there was no willingness to work with dropping the car either prior to the Monday intake or late on Monday and basically having the scheduler tell me that they would have to tell the Insurance company that I wasn't cooperating. I did not appreciate that implied threat.
