Easy to schedule the repair to my vehicle. They worked directly with my insurance company to get approval and payment for additional work that was needed. Friendly staff who kept me updated on status of my vehicle's repair. The final results were fantastic with no visible evidence of the original damage. When I picked my vehicle up it was washed with the inside cleaned and appeared to have been polished. I was very happy and impressed with all aspects of getting my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision!

We had trouble with main contact person on the repair - service was for my daughters car, we repeatedly requested that she be primary contact but our request was not honored - I travel a lot for work and was out-of-pocket much of the time - delaying many replies and not getting status updates to the right person.
