The staff was friendly, but the process took about three weeks, even though no actual repair was done—only detailing. I understand that the yellowing on the car needed to be removed, and I brought my car in as soon as I could after the accident. However, I don’t understand why it took that long. There is still residue/yellowing on the car, especially around the fuel door area and inside the trunk when you open it. I also wasn’t shown any “before” photos, so I can’t tell how much of the yellowing was actually removed or how extensive it was across the car.
