They got the job done but wouldn’t even talk to me before getting insurance involved. If I knew that I could choose any repair shop I wouldn’t have used this ‘preferred’ one that Progressive suggested. I had someone lined up to do the repair for $650 and Caliber charged the insurance over $2600. Good thing I paid nothing.
