The workmanship issues, lack of communication, and being a day late in getting me my car back would not make me recommend Caliber Collision.

Car came back with several bad workmanship issues including a dent in the interior door frame that was missed, two noticeable panel gaps, overspray paint in the interior door weather stripping, a piece of missing trim around the door, and an interior door metal bolt arm that was not properly painted. The front passenger door also doesn’t 100% align with the back sliding door now. I had to wait 10 days for this repair without a car rental, so I’m disappointed by the workmanship. I also feel like I was pushed to pay for the repair before I got to inspect the car for the workmanship. I’m disappointed.

I had to call in to get updates on my car two times which wasn’t great because no one reached out to me. I also didn’t get a call on the day it was finished or get a notification. I had to call in to find out my car was done. Also, I was pushed to pay before I was able to inspect the car for workmanship issue. The manager gave me his card to call him to get theses issues rectified, but I haven’t had a chance to call him yet. There also has been no proactive reach out on their end to check if I was satisfied with the repair.

I made a good choice to get my ACCURA to 875 N Gilbert location .Met with nice,friendly RUDY, he kept me informed every step of processing .I got my car clean ,quality fixed .Would highly recommend to my friends and family

I’ve had my Chevy Silverado serviced twice in the past year at Caliber Collision, two separate visits, two separate incidents, and both experiences were outstanding. I worked with Tim and Rudy, and each time the entire team was professional, welcoming, and extremely thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. They kept me updated throughout the process with phone calls and multiple text messages, which I really appreciated. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel taken care of, and the front desk clerk is always attentive and courteous. The quality of their work is top-notch every time. They worked directly with the insurance claim once the vehicle is in their hands which made the process easy for me. During my most recent visit, Enterprise didn’t have their shuttle arrived as scheduled, and I was at risk of being late to a work meeting. Without hesitation, one of the team members at Caliber Collision drove me to Enterprise themselves so I could pick up my rental and stay on schedule. That level of customer service is rare and truly speaks to how well this establishment is run. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Hopefully I won’t need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, there’s no question—they’ll be my first choice.

Parts were stolen off my car (custom tire valve caps) but caliber collision showed me pictures of when car arrived providing proof they didn’t take it, also replaced my battery with a good battery and not a cheap one like most places
