The parts that were replaced, had paint splatter of a different color, parts replaced did not have all of the hardware retainers, I had an alignment done, but my steering wheel is still tilted

I give the repair quality an 7 only because the original repair was not at all acceptable. I refused to accept it, and had to come back once the shop re-did it. The second time however, things looked good.
