They did their job and their estimate was fair but for someone who has never been through a repair they weren’t very reassuring about the process. They almost acted like I was a bother.

Did a great job in the end but made it sound like it would take twice as long then it did. I had to ask questions to get information out of them. End result was great though.

No job is perfect and I understand some things are out of the control of the people doing the work on the vehicle. Caliber Collsion has been very helpful with understanding the situation with the insurance claim since traveler reps have not been. With that said I would have hoped that the fix would have sided on the side of caution with completing the entire thing with replacing the sensor since it’s keeps going off as faulty. I have been told to see if the sensor goes off again and then could possibly file a supplement claim but that it may not get covered even though this has not been fully discussed with me by travelers. I am frustrated with the handling of my case thus far with travelers but will not pass this onto Calliber collision score for the repair.

This was a three encounter event the estimate , my estimator was fast , explained the process and got underway . The drop off quick , explanation again and update of extended costs . The pick up quick , friendly and helpful as my door was inadvertently locked so my auto door did not work he figured it out and corrected , great service
