Peter was very good about communicating any issues with my vehicle in terms of delays with the repairs and when my insurance would approve of them. He was very hands on and even showed me my car with any issues that happened in the repair process. He was very professional and went through his manager to help pay for any extra fees associated with my rental that my insurance did not cover due to the delays of the repairs. I would definitely recommend Caliber collision on on Church Street here in Gilroy along with other locations. Thankyou for your patience and time, Peter!

Well I get in my car and there was a old part left in my cupholder with what now is the hook that hold the carpets in place . So now I have to either have my westhertech mats side or just deal with it . Nobody told me it was broken off of my new car. Going back in hopefully it can be fixed .
