Well I get in my car and there was a old part left in my cupholder with what now is the hook that hold the carpets in place . So now I have to either have my westhertech mats side or just deal with it . Nobody told me it was broken off of my new car. Going back in hopefully it can be fixed .

I have only had the repair for a short time so can't give any review of the long term quality. But the initial job looks good minus a minor issue with the line between the new bumper and the hood. The right side has a slightly larger gap than the left side.

Peter was my point person with Caliber. Peter kept me up to date with repairs and answered my questions as they came about. The day the car was to be finished he had four people call out sick but still had my car ready, and 3 hours before estimated completion.
