The text option did not allow me to reply back and receive a response. The only way I could ask questions was calling. The due date ETA was a moving target which was understandable however we received a call on 430pm and was told it was finished. When I mentioned I live out of state and would need to arrange to get over to Caliber I was immediately met with coversation of storage fees unless I made the deductible payment right now. I get i. We needed to provide the deductible payment but it just felt aggressive considering we could come in 2 days and the date had changed several times. Wasn't expecting that response at all.

My car have an electrical issue, when I pick up from calibar(remote sensor and tire sensor) I took it to my local mechanic he told me that they might disconnect something during body works and it’s better to take it back to calibar collision. When my wife called them and I try to explain to the guy he was not professional. I had a four way conversation with my local mechanic and the guy was very rude. I’m surprised the way they handle my situation
