I really like caliber collision & the staff is always so nice but the completion date for my vehicle changed from hour to hour & my vehicle was not ready on the date/time promised. I had to continually call for an update & just showed up unannounced to pick up my vehicle hoping it was ready (I had to wait a little over 30 minutes. (My car was supposed to be ready on the prior business day at 1pm which was not the case & I did not receive an update.)
