Some minor miscommunications; some aspects not directly related to Caliber, but still would have appreciated closer contact, especially at the final week when I needed to prepared to pick up car every day and finally receive on Friday.

Some issues with the headlights uneven. They used the jack for spare and did not fasten it back in. There is an issue with the auto close windows wasnât there before. The paint looks good the parts are good.

I am new to the area and and many people have recommended Caliber Collision! It is very fancy and very freindly people .I have never been to a place where they are on top of everything! I had questions and was going to call them but their emails tellling me everything that they were doing with the car . They are very detailed and kept me up on anything I didnt have to call them.They are first class I am sure they are the Top Collision Center from Palo Alto down to Gilroy !! Thanks so Much!!

The car looked great except for two minor areas. The metal window trim and the door handle, which were apparently scratched up by the impact, wete not replaced. So, we are scheduling another appointment to correct the oversight.
