Laura Chavarria went far above what was required by arranging a trouble free rental arrangement, kept me posted on the progress of my repairs, dealt with an extremely difficult situation with Nissan to obtain the requisite parts to complete repairs and executed a timely calibration by taking my vehicle to South County Nissan Dealership recommended by Nissan.
