I enjoyed coming to Caliber in Gilroy.The customer service is excellent and everyone there is helpful and friendly.To be fair and accurate I believe the Body work we had done on the driver side door looks great like new but I need to see if the door seals and will prevent water and wind noise..that's it.

Process was much longer than what my insurance guaranteed me. With that said although updates were made via text, no reasons or explanations were given in regards to the issuess. I had to follow up with each change to find out what was going on instead, be the instagator to get answers, which should have been provided with each change instead of leaving me in the dark. Lack of communication is the largest thing to some up this experience, whether it was from my vehicle or to getting the rental vehicle coverage. I hope to not have to retake my vehicle back even thought I have these guaranteed parts and not have to go through this process over.

Overall i am satisfied with the repairs. I was not satisfied with the service. The Gilroy office was not great when it came to communicating delays. I was only notified of delays when i called. My car was not completed on the due date and was conveyed that it would be completed the following business due date, which it wasn't. I have used Caliber several times, but i will not allow it to be brought back to the Gilroy location. Thanks!

I was treated well when I first arrived. All was completely explained. I was kept well informed and up to date on the progress of the repair. They delivered my car and returned my rental for no additional charge. What more could anyone ask for.
