Brandon was so kind and explained everything step of the process. He called Enterprise for a pickup when I told him I was going to Uber to get my rental car. Every day I received a text about the status of my repair. The day my car was ready Brandon called a couple of times to let me know how close it was to be ready for pickup. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out. They took care of my rental car as well. It couldn't have been any easier. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation so pleasant.
