The original estimate was delayed. It took weeks to finally get my truck in the shop. When I picked it up, I was promised that it would be ready at 4. I told the shop that I was on a very tight schedule and if it wasn't going to be ready at the time promised, to call me. I received no calls so I arrived at 4. I was told the truck was not ready. I asked how long it would be. I was told it would be an hour. I said this was unacceptable. I spoke with Richard, he reassured me it would not take an hour. An hour later, my truck was finally ready. I specifically asked that if it wasn't ready to call me, I had to leave work from Monterey to pick up the truck. Then, I was reassured it would not take a full hour to finish. It took a full hour to finish. I missed very important appointments because of this. This cost me money. I'm very disappointed in the handling of my service.
