Repairs overall were good, but the things I overheard were ridiculas

Communication are abhorrent. Callbacks almost never. Was in setting up my repairs and overheard staff telling one another "I know you don't want to talk to him so I will leave him on hold until he hang's up". Pretty much solidified what I experienced. Told the repeatedly I was the contact and my wife kept getting the messages.

Between getting the estimate, dropping it off and picking it up everyone was polite and prompt. Repairs were perfect and they even detailed my car! It looks brand new!
