Staff was very professional and I continuously received text messages and emails on the status of my vehicle which was great. They made me feel like a valued customer. Only one thing, the day I dropped off my car, an older gentlemen, in his mid to late 50's who sits in a small office was my first point of contact and he was not as friendly as the rest of the staff. He spoke to me in Spanish assuming that I didn't speak English. I felt as though he was a bit indifferent with me for that reason. There is nothing wrong him approaching me in Spanish but I feel that it should be asked whether a customer prefers to speak in English or any other language.
