The staff was very friendly and professional. They did amazing in explaining the repairs and keeping me updated on my vehicle. The repairs were done in a very quick amount of time. i’m overall very satisfied with my experience.

Gilroy Caliber did a great job with my repairs and when issue did arrive, Drew was very helpful and sincere and fixed the issue and got me back in my car super fast. They also vacuumed the car and made it look super nice inside

Superb service! The team at Caliber went above and beyond my expectations. My car was fixed properly and delivered to me clean and shinny! I asked they watch the floors due to the rain and they could not have done a better job. The paint finish was right on!

Absolutely, I was at a different shop in Morgan Hill first. That shop did not put the customer first and they were not interested in listening to the customer. Caliber was a breath of fresh air when I ended up switching to them

What a great job and easy to work with team! I'm glad I choose this shop because I was very satisfied with the work and the details of the job. The most important thing is they listened. In these situations, you sometimes just need an ear to listen to your problem.

Excellent on the customer service. I will repeat myself here, in situations where you are spending money due to an accident, something not expected, you need someone that will listen to you. This shop shows they were not desensitized to the customers needs.
