The technician we spoke to did not deliver on what was said. We decided to go with Caliber based on what was discussed. Otherwise we would have gone with another shop.

We had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. They constantly updated us with the cost estimate and completion date. They welcomed and answered any questions we had. Fabian was professional and very friendly. I hope we don't have future car damage, but if we do, we'll definitely use Caliber Collision again.

Thank you. Fabian called as soon as there were significant updates throughout the 3 weeks. Otherwise the automated system was accurate and if he extended the time was due to needing parts or calibration and alignment check.
