I would have appreciated being informed my windshield was not getting replaced. I was honest with Fabian at drop off. My car was there for 23 days. I read the text messages and opened the links and general information was there putting cost in a category but not by part names. To arrive on Friday evening and see scratches on the new parts that your shop replaced was disappointing. Today as the sun reflected on my hood I now see swirls from the buffer used. The new grill on the front and front corner plastics were water spotted and dirty. It was my first time in a very very long time that I have dealt with a collision shop After 3 weeks I assumed my Cadillac would be shiny and looking like new- with a new windshield and at least detailed better on the outside (better than I do myself).

I just got my car back after being hit. My car looks just like when i first got it again back in March. So they did a wonderful and fast job. Fabian helped me out to set it all up and was really great as well ! If I know anyone that gets in trouble with a car accident and needs a repair I will definitely recommend them this specific service location !!
