I’m very happy with how my experience ended with the shop. Unfortunately, in the beginning, the case manager for my vehicle, left the company abruptly and he did not manage my case very well before leaving.. there was a couple bumps with transitioning into new personnel and getting all the information needed to them however, in the end, I was very happy with my new case manager and how the management team handled my claim. I would come back.

The repair took too long and we were given prolonged completion dates without any explanations as to why it was taking so long. The whole process took over 3 weeks. At the day of pickup the vehicle was not up to standard and required another additional day. It was extremely inconvenient being without my vehicle for a repair that was not complicated.
