I was told initially the process was going to take two weeks, but took longer, also during the inspection my car had some scuff marks on the passenger side doors that , I was told could be Buff out and that it would be taken care of! When we ask why they didn’t do the excuse the came up with didn’t make sense. I would have preferred the truth at beginning. Thank u
