Car repair took 3 days too long due to the shop losing the rear end lamps in a shop clean up. Jerry stated the car should be done every single day and it wasn't. Resulting in wasted time.

Even though it took a little longer than promised, I was completely in touch with Jerry the person that was in charge of getting things done. He was wonderful and filling me in on all of the issues and went above and beyond and what was needed to be done and I really appreciate caliber collision because of him
